Full Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a proposal, or hiring me for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use my services.

These terms apply to all SEO consultancy, Python automation, Django development, and any other technical services provided by Abdul Aouwal.

2. Services Provided

I provide technical consulting and development services, including but not limited to:

Technical SEO Audits Python Automation Django Development Programmatic SEO AI/LLM Visibility

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your specific project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW), which takes precedence over general descriptions on this site.

3. Proposals & Payments

Proposals: All project details, costs, and timelines will be provided in a written proposal. Work begins only after you review and agree to the proposal.

Pricing: Pricing is project-based unless a retainer agreement is signed. Rates are fixed as per the proposal and will not change without written mutual consent.

Payment Terms: Typically, a 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For retainers, invoices are sent at the beginning of each month.

Late Payments: If payment is delayed beyond 7 days of the due date, work may be paused until the balance is cleared.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

IP ownership is split fairly based on what is created:

You Own (Client)

All your existing content, brand assets, website copy, data, and the final custom deliverables produced specifically for your project.

I Own (Abdul Aouwal)

Base Python scripts, reusable automation frameworks, generic Django templates, and proprietary methodologies developed prior to or independently of your project.

I will not use your proprietary data, content, or custom scripts for other clients without explicit written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

For a project to succeed, I rely on you to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, hosting, server logs, CMS).
  • Respond to queries and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe (usually 48 hours).
  • Ensure that the information and content you provide are accurate and do not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Not implement conflicting technical changes to the site while the project is ongoing without discussing them with me first.

Delays caused by a lack of access, feedback, or content may result in timeline adjustments.

6. Confidentiality

I treat all project data, business strategies, analytics, and communications as strictly confidential.

I will not share your project details, site performance data, proprietary strategies, or any sensitive information with third parties or use them as public case studies without your explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO & Search Rankings: Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (e.g., Google). I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or immediate indexing outcomes. I guarantee professional, technically sound work based on current best practices.

Automation & Scripts: While I rigorously test all Python scripts and automation systems, I am not liable for disruptions caused by third-party API changes, website structure changes outside my control, or unforeseen edge cases.

Cap on Liability: My total liability for any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.

8. Termination & Cancellation

By Client: You may cancel a project at any time. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable if work has already commenced. You will be billed for any completed milestones up to the point of cancellation.

By Me: I reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to provide necessary access/content after repeated requests, engages in unethical SEO practices, or breaches these terms. In such cases, a prorated refund for uncompleted milestones may be issued.

Retainers: Monthly retainers can be cancelled with a 15-day written notice.

9. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project proposal (usually 1-2 rounds for deliverables like audits or scripts). Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly rate, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the extra work begins.

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For ongoing projects, the terms active at the time of signing the proposal will apply.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services will be handled amicably through direct discussion first. If unresolved, both parties agree to standard dispute resolution practices in Chittagong, Bangladesh.

How it works

The Project Lifecycle

How our working agreement flows from start to finish.

1. Discovery & Proposal

We discuss your project. I send a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and costs. You review and agree.

2. Onboarding & Deposit

You provide necessary access (GSC, servers, etc.) and pay the initial deposit. Work officially begins.

3. Execution & Delivery

I complete the work as outlined in the proposal, providing updates and deliverables along the way.

4. Review & Final Payment

You review the deliverables. Once approved, the final invoice is paid, and full IP rights are transferred.
